- A buyer consultation with a slide show to determine needs, wants, goals, budget, and expectations

- Follow up on a weekly basis to schedule home shopping to qualified, willing and able buyers
- When they are ready to make an offer, run comps and forward the property disclosures as well as an itemized list of the offer terms
- Negotiate price, contingencies, financing, repairs, and closing dates on their behalf
SELLER SERVICES:
- Research and study the comps and market for the neighborhood with an explanation of how I priced the property
- A presentation and seller packet for them to review in the future
- Prepare the home for showings, professional photography, staging, cleaners, contractor quotes, etc.
- Prepare for, set up and alert the seller of showings
- Weekly follow ups with a number of showings and feedback
- Post to social media, personal websites, print media
- Present and negotiate all offers
- Contract-to-close concierge service, including weekly follow ups
